My Approach

I have found the most effective therapy that produces the greatest results is when it is founded on the Word of God. It because He is the Healer, Deliverer, Great Counselor and Prince of Peace. I have witnessed narratives powerfully redeemed and symptoms powerfully healed, bearing witness to the transformative reality of God's love for His children, so I combine evidence-based therapy with Christian principles for those who want it. Sessions include discussing how a present relationship with God impacts healing, relationships, identity, forgiveness, and personal growth.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma.

Coaching is naturally integrated into my sessions because I believe my clients succeed when they feel believed in. Each session is a Spirit-led, forward-moving journey that not only helps heal the past, but also moves you toward the life God is inviting you into with greater clarity, courage, and intention.
We will walk together to notice and nurture the gifts God has already placed within you, overcome limiting beliefs, discern the Spirit’s leading, and set practical goals aligned with your faith and daily life. Through encouragement, reflection, and action, you’ll grow in confidence, build healthy patterns, and move forward with vision and Spirit-led momentum.
Spiritual Direction and inner healing prayer is the heartbeat of my practice. I believe it’s the rawest form of counseling because we enter into direct communion with The Great Counselor.
Spiritual direction is the guidance + facilitation of an intimate and sacred conversation between you and the Lord where you will learn how to tune into where He is working in your life, and how He is currently at work forming you. It’s is a space that reveals His supernatural solution and guidance as we learn to trust Him with our human agenda.
In this season, I feel called out of the traditional office space. Sessions are offered outdoors such as a walk, in a quiet coffee shop, in the comfort of your home, or online—creating space for movement, practice, and meaningful progress.

I believe every man and woman is a son and daughter and every son and daughter is being called by their Heavenly Father. My conviction is to support you in discerning God’s voice so you can follow His lead, where you will experience breakthrough and equipping for such a time as this.

My practice is therapy that meets the mind of Christ and the voice of God. Rooted in the biblical meaning of Therapeúo—to serve and bring healing—and commissioned by Revelation 2:26–28, “whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit is saying to the Church,” my work is an intentional partnership where sound clinical wisdom humbly submits to the Spirit, creating space for Jesus to enter places of trauma and emotional wounds, bringing clarity and meaning to our spiritual, physical, and emotional lives. Here, you will experience breakthrough and equipping in God’s perfect timing as we are invited to listen, respond, and be transformed by His presence.
